About the Einstein Model
Enjoyable for everyone. It converts into seven useful positions. It's like a Rubic's Cube. Fold it into thirds, it's an ottoman; fold it in half, it stands upright (out of the way); stack up two end cushions, and you can further elevate your knees (for greater decompression of the spine). In the slant position, and as a flat bed, you can cover it with a standard twin-size fitted sheet.

The Health Effects of Slanting
Dr. Bernard Jensen, DC, discovered the great health effects of slanting in 1933.
He "found one of the greatest means of correcting our health problems and maintaining
a healthy body". Inversion of the body relieves stress and fatigue by taking pressure
off the body's organs by allowing them to shift into a more natural placement.
This reduces the internal stresses on our bodies, and increases and strengthens
our ability to cope with the emotional responses of our bodies to external stresses.
Most Inversion Therapy involves a significant change in the bodies position.
Frequently requiring the assumption of an often uncomfortable position. However,
the Body Slant (Slant Board Cushions) enables one to receive the benefits of
Inversion Therapy without the discomfort. As we spend 75% of our lives in an
upright position, time spent on a Slant board allows the body to experience
relief from the daily patterns of compression and pull to the organs, muscles,
blood flow, and oxygen distribution throughout the body.
The spinal column is the highway for all of the instructions from the brain
to the body. Gravity causes compression to the spine, which in turn can interfere
with the flow of signals from the brain. The back of the brain, (the cerebellum)
is the control center for all the physical aspects of the body. Since we spend
almost all our waking hours upright, this keeps the brain at the highest point
of the body, therefore receiving the lowest flow of blood. Without an adequate
supply of blood (food for the brain), the brain can't do it's job. By inverting
the body so that the head is at the lowest point, this allows the blood flow
to increase and the brain to regenerate the physical body.
Exercises on a slant board strengthen and tone the muscles, works the cardiovascular system and helps internal
organs throw off toxins. In turn, helping you to look better and feel younger.
To increase the benefits of Slant Boarding, you can develop your own exercise
routines or use the exercises contained in Dr. Jensen's "Slanting Board" booklet
which is included with every board.
Dr. William Welles, DC, another advocate of slanting, has compiled a large
amount of medical research regarding the health benefits of slanting. He says,
"the mind clears, the complexion improves, and the skin glows".
Compensating for Gravity's pull on the human body, with the aid of the our
Slant Board Cushions, is extremely safe and comfortable for everyone.
Indeed, it's as easy as laying on a bed, because that's what it is, a super-firm,
multifunctional, piece of furniture.
Only by stretching out your body on the BodySlant (with your head lower than
your heart and your feet higher than your heart) can you actually fathom THE
BODY SLANT EXPERIENCE for yourself. And assuring you a positive and pleasant
experience, every time you use your BodySlant, a special cassette program, The
TEN-MINUTE BODY SLANT BREAK, comes with your unit. It's the perfect guide
for relaxing, reducing and rejuvenating on the BodySlant.

with the low-down force of Gravity in your life, you'll absolutely go head-over-heels
(mentally and physically) every time you take a TEN-MINUTE BODYSLANT BREAK.
To be sure: If you sit, stand and think on your feet all day (and sleep with
your head propped up on a pillow all night), your body will definitely be inclined
on taking a TEN-MINUTE BODYSLANT BREAK.
